Shipping: “How will my artwork be sent to me?”
“ All artwork is hand wrapped and boxed or crated depending on amount of pieces and size of artwork. Shipping prices are based on packing charges and destination. For a quote, just call our office, we'll be glad to find the most cost efficient way to get your pieces to you expediently and safely."

International Shipping: "Do you accept orders for international delivery?"
“We ship worldwide and would like to assist you in placing an order as well as computing the shipping costs involved to get your order to you the best and most secure way possible."

Lead-time: "How long can I expect to wait for my artwork?"
“Customized works can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to arrive. If we have the piece you want in stock, it will easily go out within 48 hrs. Please call for current lead times on specific pieces, we will be happy to check how quickly the piece(s) can arrive for you.”

Order Status : “Can I check the status of my order online?”
“Unfortunately, not at this time.we are working on making that service available. Until then, please call our office at 888-781-6391 and we will be glad to assist you.”

E-Mailing List : "I would like to receive emails of Michelle's new releases and promotional events, how can I do that?"
“You need only forward your email information to us at mailinglist@artbymwa.com and we will be happy to add you to our invitation list.”

Q & A on the process:

Materials and media: “How are these pieces made?”
“I love to explain to clients what actually goes into the process of creating these pieces. As for the mirrors, I start by hand texturizing the wood, very much like the way you would prepare to paint on a fresco. After sanding down the sub-strate, I commence the time consuming process of layering in or tinting all of the background colors, glazing with numerous coats of tea staining to create the aged effect. Only then can I start drawing in the design. Sometimes as many as 30 translucent layers of color later, I seal the work with lacquer and highlight the design with pulverized gold or silver leaf. Many of my signature designs are encrusted with Swarovski Crystal to add that finishing sparkle.enough to make many a collector swoon."

Customization of jobs: “We love the painting… but what if the size of the piece shown doesn’t work for the space?”
“Over 50% of all artwork orders that come in are custom in nature…thank goodness that is what I specialize in! Designers and private clients alike know that they can specify the exact size the piece needs to finish out, which colors are preferred by sending swatches of their colors, and choose a different moulding if necessary…it quickly becomes the only way to go”
